LYLE AND SCOTT BLOGGERS COMPETITION 2.1.14

I decided to enter a competition with Lyle and Scott, that I heard about through The Bloggers Lounge, community that helps bloggers build their following as well as offering lots of opportunities to feature and also work with brands. The brief was to create a post on how I would style a scarf from Lyle and Scott's exclusive tartan collection. The brand were keen to get an idea of how both men and women would wear the scarf, so I decided to style a casual day look for women.

I adore the brand simply because of their incredible heritage, I love buying from mature well established brands with a wonderful history as they never fail to impress.  If you get a chance take a look at their history on the Lyle & Scott website.

I decided to put together this casual day look, incorporating a Lyle and Scott v-neck tank top over a crisp white shirt.  With this I styled distressed dark navy or black jeans and then to finish, the Lyle and Scott Quilted Jacket and of course this gorgeous scarf.  I put Hunter wellies with the outfit as they are perfect for the harsh winter months and add to the luxury of the look.  I picked very stylised silver rings as they look fantastic with white and navy.
