LIEBSTER AWARD NOMINATION 26.01.14

I was recently nominated for a Liebster award by the lovely Hollie Furniss, Founder of GIVE ME MORE, an absolutely gorgeous Fashion and beauty blog.  Thank you so much Hollie and I'm sorry its taken a while to post this.

For anyone that doesn't know the Liebster award is given to up and coming bloggers who have 200 followers or less.  There are a set of rules to abide by which are listed below.

1. My favourite clothes are Pyjamas 
2. I currently work as a web producer for Notts TV
3. I have a little dog named Mia but we call her Wiggles
4. My favourite books are Harry Potter, The hunger games & The Hobbit.
5. My favourite perfume is Coco Mademoiselle 
6. I have a boyfriend named Adam, he's lovely
7. I struggle with my weight, but try hard to control it
8. I ran 10k for charity, injured my knee, but still finished
9. This year I will compete in three Spartan Races
10. I am currently producing my own clothing brand
11. I am a Diet Coke addict.

Questions from Hollie:

1. What do you do besides blogging?
When I'm not blogging I'm working full time for Notts TV during the week.  Ill usually go to the gym in the evenings where I run, lift weights and finish with some Yoga.  Ill walk my dog in the evenings and spend time with my lovely boyfriend. I absolutely love the weekends and adore going out for great nights out with my friends, but what I love the most is to go shopping in town and on Sundays for for a nice long walk wih my puppy and boyfriend and then have a yummy roast dinner.

2. What are your favourite brands?
I dont actually have a favourite brand, I buy a lot from TOPSHOP but find that it can be quite expensive, at the moment, I'm really loving the online brand inlovewithfashion.com

3. Who are your style icons?
My style icons are actually bloggers, there are so many though, that its hard to pinpoint just one.  I do however really love the style of Sandra Hagelstam of 5 inch and Up.

4. Where is your favourite place in the whole world?
My favourite place in the whole world is my daddy's house, unfortunately he passed away just over a year ago, but whenever I walk past his old house I always feel some warmth, like maybe he's still in there, watching TV and eating midget gems.

5. What is your dream job?
My dream job is to own my own successful fashion brand, Im working to make this dream a reality as life is too short not to live your dreams!

6. What is your favourite book?
I have so many favourite books, but the one that means the most to me is The Hobbit.  My dad used to read it to me as a child, so it will always hold a place in my heart.

7. What are you really bad at?
I'm really bad at (according to my boyfriend) taking praise and accepting compliments.

8. What would you say is one of your best assets?
My ability to, against all odds, meet deadlines on time.

9. Which garment do you live in?
My Pyjamas. 

10. If you won the lottery, what would be your first splurge?
A round the world plane ticket for me, my boyfriend and my dog.

11. What is your biggest life goal? 
To Travel the world and never come back.

Afterthought: 

I would just like to say that I am extremely grateful to all of my followers for your continued support. It's you guys that make me want to take photos and write about them every single day.  It's this blog that gets me through tough times, this blog is what I enjoy doing the most and I truly hope you enjoy the content as much as I enjoy creating it.  I hope you have learnt a bit more about me today.  I truly love reading your comments as well, I try to comment back and follow back every single one of you, but It can take me some time as I work a lot.  So yeah, Thank you!
